January- One visit per month

We normally work Monday thru Friday. We work in certain areas of town on certain days. We will assign you a specific day that we will mow your lawn. Your lawn will be serviced on the same day each week. However, as we add customers or have extra work to do, the time that we arrive at your residence may vary. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a time of day. We sometimes do work until dark. So don’t give up on us if we are not there by 5pm.
In the event it rains, we will wait as long as we can for it to stop raining. Once the rain has stopped, we will then determine if the grass is too wet to mow. If it is too wet, we will service you lawn the next available service day. This also applies to other delays such as equipment issues, etc. If we will not service your lawn on the scheduled day due, we will let you know either by phone or email.
For mowing services, there is no obligation on either party to continue service. If you cancel the weekly service before the 4 visit minimum, you will be charged the bi-monthly rate. If you cancel the bi-monthly service before the 3 visit minimum, you will be charged a one time rate. Once you sign up with us as a customer, we consider you a customer from season to season. You must call us to cancel. In the event you want to skip a mow or cancel service, you need to contact us by 4pm the day before your scheduled mowing day.
In the event we damage a sprinkler head, sprinkler valve cover or clean-out cap, contact us within one week and we will repair or replace it.
Additional charges will apply to bi-monthly mowing customers if the grass is over 6 inches tall. We access these charges as the grass will need to be cut at least twice, and sometimes three times. Bagging may also be required.
If you have a lock on your gate, please make sure we have the combination, a key or that it is unlocked on the day we will mow your lawn. If the gate is locked and we only mow the front yard, the rate will not change.
